1Definitions and Scope

In this document, "Platform" refers to k777's website, mobile app, and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered with k777 or is using its services. "Company" refers to the entity that operates k777.

2Account Registration

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits at k777 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

4Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made. Example: on a ৳1,000 deposit, the bonus is ৳1,000, total balance ৳2,000, wagering required ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple offers may not be used at the same time when claiming a bonus.
• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, subject to prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotions

k777 offers weekly reload rewards, slots festival bonuses, Cricket Josh offers, birthday special gifts, and refer-a-friend bonuses — each offer has its own terms as stated on the promotions page. Withdrawal is not possible for any of these offers without completing the bonus wagering requirement.

5VIP and Cashback

k777's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A member can move to a higher tier based on regular play.

Weekly cashback is calculated from the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total wins) — up to 0.4% at Bronze tier, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

The relevant bonus terms may also apply to the cashback amount. The company reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits.

6Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
• Placing artificial bets or abusing bonuses to circumvent bonus terms.
• Claiming the same offer multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any unauthorised software.
• Attempting to hack the company's systems or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other members.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

7Games and Result Settlement

The results of all games on k777 are determined through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Sports betting results are settled based on the official results from the relevant sports authority.

If a technical error affects a result, the company reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the stake. In such situations, the company's decision is final.

7.1 Betting Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding any bet or game result, it must be reported via live chat within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after the specified time may not be accepted.

8Privacy and Data Protection
